The Academy Programme is for players looking to develop their technical and tactical knowledge and skill in a non pressured environment. Suitable for boys and girls ages 5 to 15 LPA offer opportunities both off and on the pitch to learn more about the game working alongside other players in the same age group. LPA are not a club and do not play matches, we work aligned with grassroots clubs to support and develop their players.
Players will attend 2 free trial/taster sessions before joining. Once signed, each player will benefit from our Academy Player packages including discounted holiday courses, adidas kit, tours, events and access to our LPA Boot swap and kit community.

This programme is the pinnacle of our coaching academy and is suitable for advanced players with a sound knowledge of the game . Trial sessions are available by invitation.
Squad players are given the opportunity to learn and develop under the instruction of top class professional coaches and our patented method of coaching offers a unique and structured pathway for players helping them become the best that they can be.
The Academy Squad Programme includes a games programme , fitness support , guest masterclass coaching , scouts , tours , events and Premier play on pitch opportunities along with weekly training and pre season camps .
